Hi!

I'm Sally, a user researcher with multiple years of experience in clinical and public health research. I conduct both qualitative and quantitative research in German and English for software and hardware products.

Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, I’ve always had a deep passion for understanding human behavior. This curiosity has driven me to uncover insights that lead to meaningful improvements in digital products and services. My background in these fields fostered a strong interest in how human behavior impacts health outcomes. This passion naturally evolved into UX research, where I focused on creating seamless, impactful experiences for healthcare workers—particularly during the height of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.

I use both qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover insights that guide the development and meaningful improvements of digital products and services. This helps me create UX research strategies that align with business goals and elevate user satisfaction.

When I’m not working on UX research, I’m often spending time with my dog Joey, gardening, or indulging my love for food.
